Terms of Service & Studio Policies

1. Age Restrictions & Identification

• Strictly 18+: It is illegal in Queensland to tattoo anyone under the age of 18, regardless of parental consent. We strictly adhere to this law.
• Photo ID Required: You must present valid government-issued photo identification (Driver's Licence, Passport, or Proof of Age Card) upon arrival.
• Challenge 25 Policy: If you look under the age of 25, you will be asked to prove your age. Failure to provide valid ID will result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit.

2. Booking & Deposits

• Deposits: A minimum deposit of $50 AUD is required to secure any appointment. Ideally this comes off the total cost of your tattoo on the day.
• Non-Refundable: Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if adequate notice is provided (see Cancellation Policy).
• Shop Minimum: Our studio has a strict minimum charge of $150 AUD for any tattoo procedure, covering sterile setup, equipment, and artist time.
• Walk-Ins: We accept walk-in clients subject to artist availability. Availability is not guaranteed. We strongly recommend calling ahead or booking to avoid disappointment.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We value our artists' time and livelihood. Late cancellations leave gaps in our schedule that are difficult to fill.

• 48-Hour Notice: You must provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule your appointment without penalty.
• Forfeiture: If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, or fail to attend ("No Show"), your deposit will be forfeited to compensate the artist for their lost time.
• Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting the studio, your appointment may be cancelled and deposit forfeited.

4. Artistic Integrity & Content Policy

• Right to Refuse: Our artists reserve the right to refuse any tattoo design or placement at their discretion.
• No Hate Speech: We have a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech. We will strictly refuse to tattoo any racist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise offensive imagery or slogans.
• Design Ownership: Custom designs prepared by our artists remain the intellectual property of the artist and the studio.

5. Health & Safety

• Sobriety: You cannot be tattooed if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We reserve the right to refuse service if we suspect intoxication, and your deposit will be forfeited.
• Medical Disclosure: You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications on your consent form prior to the procedure.
• Pregnancy: For safety reasons, we do not tattoo clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
